Bowl Me Over Chocolate Brownie Super Swirley

Only for those able to handle the richest combination of chocolate in creation. Chocolate fudge ice cream, blended with chunks of brownie, nibblets of semi-sweet chocolate morsels, hot fudge sauce, chunks of homemade Amish Fudge. Swirled to perfection and topped with a brick of rich brownie.

Mrs. Rusamano’s Cannoli

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. citron (optional)

Blend first 4 ingredients and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Blend with your fingertips as you would a pie crust. Add 2 tablespoons cold water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. This makes a hard dough. Chill 1 hour.
Roll dough to 1/2 inch and cut into 4×5-inch rectangles. Roll dough around tubes, 1 inch diameter. Fry at 360 degrees until brown. Drain; cool.
Beat ricotta, vanilla, sugar until smooth, then add chocolate chips and citron. Chill. Fill crusts at both ends with filling.

Keeps ‘Em Quiet Cobbler

10 ripe apples
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Almond Paste
1 tsp ground cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup Flour
½ tsp Aged vetivert stems

With a hand mixer beat flour, sugar and softened butter thoroughly.  Set aside.  In separate bowl, mix slices apples with cinnamon, cloves, almond paste, and vetivert stems.  Add the flour mixture and stir until well blended.   Put into a baking pan and bake uncovered on 350? for forty-five minutes or until apples are tender.

Awesome Red Velvet Cake

Butter flavored cake mix
1 stick (4 oz) butter
1 stick (4 oz) cream cheese
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of premade vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Red food coloring
Butter cream or Cream cheese frosting

Blend the melted butter, softened cream cheese, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, pudding, and red food coloring with a hand mixer.  Add the cake mix and cocoa powder.  Blend thoroughly until a rich red.  Add additional food coloring if necessary.  Put in a greased cake pan.  Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through.  (time will depend on your pan.) Ice with butter cream or cream cheese frosting.

Easy Stromboli

Refrigerator crescent rolls
Italian ham or salami
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce

Unroll crescent rolls.  Attach two triangle-shaped pieces of dough, layer on one or two slices of ham, pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.  Fold the dough and press the edges with your thumb.  Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned.  Break apart or cut and dip into marinara sauce.
