Check out some recent great reviews for Lucky Me:
Lucky Me was on Rambunctious Readers’ list of fifth grade reads. If you don’t know about the Rambunctious Readers, they’re a group of young ladies who have maintained a book club since 2nd grade (!!!). I’m honored that they chose to read Lucky Me, and they had some very insightful commentary. As reader Chiara said of what we can learn from Megan’s journey: “…chain letters don’t bring good luck. Everyone creates their own luck.”
Mixed Up Files of Middle Grade Authors interviewed me about Lucky Me, inspiration, and why I write MG books! Read the full interview here!
Kiss the Book reviewed Lucky Me earlier this month. Read their opinion and recommendation here.
Seaside Book Nook reviewed Lucky Me and LOVED it! They review all sorts of books at all reading levels but when it comes to middle grade books, it’s a mother-daughter review team! How cool is that? Read their review here!
Ope’s Opinions reviewed Lucky Me, too! Read their post here!
And last but certainly not least, YA Book Nerd also reviewed Lucky Me for their Tween Tuesday feature. Read the full review here and I think I’ll sign off with Jennifer’s summary of why she enjoyed reading about Megan’s misadventures: “Travel, luck, family drama, friendship, and a little romance make this book hard to put down.”
